Junk Removal

Q: How do I get a free junk removal estimate?
A: You can call, text, or Facebook message us for a free junk removal estimate. You can also fill out this form for an estimate.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: The cost of junk removal is determined by how much space the items take up in our 28 cubic yard box truck and the amount of items. The weight and location of items may also affect the pricing. Some items such as pianos and hot tubs are priced differently.

Q: Are you licensed & insured?
A: Yes, we are fully licensed and insured to clear any junk/debris from your home, business, or property.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, card, and checks.

Q: What size is your junk removal truck?
A: Our junk removal trucks are almost twice the size of other junk removal trucks in our service area. Our trucks can fit 28 cubic yards of junk!

Q: Why does a bigger truck matter?
A: Our larger trucks allow us to fit more items in one load and take fewer trips to the landfill. It also allows us to separate donations & reusable items from the junk to keep them safe during transportation.

Q: What do you remove?
A: We remove furniture, appliances, electronics, trash, construction debris, yard waste, mattresses, televisions, tires, pianos, sheds, play-sets, hot tubs, and more!

Q: Does it all go to the landfill?
A: We do our best to donate or reuse everything that we are able to. We have even given furniture away to be restored.

Q: Do you pick up hazardous waste?
A: We do not pick up any hazardous waste.

Garbage Collection

Q: When do I need to place my trash out?
A: We start collections at 5am so please have your bins out the night before pickup or before 5am pickup day.

Q: Where do I place the bins for pickup?
A: Bins should be placed as close to the street as possible. If your bins are placed in a parking space, please ensure that the bins are positioned at the end of the parking space nearest to the street rather than against the curb. Failure to comply with this placement may result in your bins not being emptied, especially if they are obstructed by vehicles.

Q: Do you recycle in Winchester & Stephens City?
A: In Winchester & Stephens City recycling collection is an additional $33 a month. Recycling collection is only available in select areas.

Q: Do you bill monthly or quarterly?
A: You are billed monthly but you may request quarterly.

Q: How do I pay my bill?
A: You pay online through an invoice that we email/text you and you can even set up automatic payments. We also accept checks.

Q: What if I need an extra trash bin emptied each week?
A: For residential homes we can empty an additional bin each week for an additional $10 a month. This option can be added on our Customer Support page or when you sign up for garbage collection. If you will have extra trash occasionally, you can schedule the pickup of the extra trash on the customer support page for a one-time cost.

Q: What items are not accepted?
A: We do not accept paint, concrete, dirt, rocks, sand, tires, car batteries, large metal items, televisions, gas, oil, hazardous waste, fluorescent tube light bulbs, explosives, flammable items/liquids, animal carcasses, manure, live ammunition, weapons, oxygen/helium/propane tanks, freon, mulch, sod, firewood, stumps, bags over 60 pounds, and construction/remodel debris like, tiles, shingles, lumber, plaster, bricks, and drywall.

Q: Do you pick up yard waste?
A: We accept up to 4 bags of yard waste each week. Yard waste must be in paper bags left outside of your bins. We accept grass, weeds, trimmings, leaves, and twigs. Larger piles and unaccepted yard waste such as firewood, stumps, and rocks can be picked up with our junk removal service for an additional cost.
