Due to rising fuel costs, a temporary $2 monthly fuel surcharge will be added. This surcharge is separate from the standard $37 monthly rate and will be removed once fuel costs return to normal.
After submitting the signup form, a team member will contact you as soon as possible with your pickup day, start date, bin delivery date, payment instructions, and answers to any questions you may have. Please make sure the contact information you entered is accurate.
On the Customer Support page, you can request the removal of larger items, request a donation pickup, request additional trash pickup, order bins, update your information, view delays due to winter weather, see the holiday schedule, report a missed pickup, upgrade to 3 bins emptied each week, add recycling collection, contact us, and more.
